Søren Steen Rasmussen (Chairman) is a Senior Executive with International success in managing operations, sales, marketing, business development, customer relationships, experienced boardmember and partner in Vækstfonden.
Vækstfonden is a state (Denmark) investment fund, which aims to create new growth Danish companies by providing venture capital and competence. Since 1992 Vækstfonden has, in cooperation with private investors, co-financed growth in more than 4,200 Danish companies with a total commitment of more than DKK 8.1 billion (~$1.4B).
In his previous career Søren Steen Rasmussen achieved significant result during his career in Microsoft. Most recently Søren held a position as Senior Director, Mobile Device Division at the Microsoft HQ in the USA. Before that he was a Senior Director, ASIA Pacific, Tokyo, Japan where he managed go grow the Microsoft business from $858M to $1.2 Billion in annual revenue.
Søren Steen Rasmussen holds a BA in Engineering from Teknikum of Copenhagen and a BA in Organisation Development and Business Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Jesper Schierbeck-Hansen holds a MSc. in Economics from the University in Aarhus, Denmark. He has throughout his career worked with a range of high-tech companies and has extensive international experience. In addition to working with truly international companies, he has as an expatriate lived in Tokyo, Japan and London, UK. After graduation from the University, Mr. Schierbeck-Hansen worked as Manager for Economy and Strategic development in Novo Nordisk, Denmark before being expatriated to Tokyo, Japan as Vice President for Coloplast, Japan.
Upon returning to Denmark, Mr. Schierbeck-Hansen became Group Managing Director for a group of IT companies in the Stibo Group with approximately 400 employees.
Since then Mr. Schierbeck-Hansen have founded and developed as CEO and Investor, a range of start-up companies within the IT and Medico area. Today Mr. Schierbeck-Hansen operates several companies engaged in International business development, Medico products to private and professional users and Fibre to Home solutions to Scandinavian customers.
Torben Bartels: Before founding his own management consulting firm, Mr. Bartels earned extensive international experience in Europe as CFO, Chairman and member of numerous Boards of Directors within the software group Columbus IT Partner A/S, a listed Danish company with activities throughout more than 25 countries. Mr. Bartels created convincing results in the turn-around of Columbus, and earlier as CEO of the e-banking activities, in establishing SEB, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banking A/S on the Danish market. Prior to that Mr. Bartels had a 15 years long career in Corporate Banking in the Nordic countries. Mr. Bartels holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in finance and banking from Copenhagen Business School.
Johannes Flensted-Jensen: Former county mayor for Aarhus County and former chairman of the Jylland-Fyn Business Collaboration Council, Mr. Flensted-Jensen holds multiple national and international positions, including positions as chairman of the University College Jutland, chairman of the health committee, Region Midtjylland, board member in the Council of Danish regions. Through these positions, Mr. Flensted-Jensen has built an extensive network of contacts internationally, including for example local government contacts in China (PRC).
